Based on these transactions, those customers managed to get money from other banks in their foreign bank accounts. The statement further read that in the bank these transactions are contingent in nature and liability arising out of these on the bank shall be decided based on the law and genuineness of the underlying transactions.



The bank has referred the matter to law enforcement agencies to examine and book the culprits as per law and, the bank has also submitted the statement for information in terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
