a person purchased a commercial property 12-13 ago in cash and transaction was brought on record. no registration was done at that time. now as per guideline the value is 65 lakhs. some one has suggested that let there be a gift by the owner to the family of buyer and number of persons be more than 20 so that gift impact on individual will be less.
is this possible ?
can an immovable property be so gifted that too by a single gift deed to so many persons ? property is only 1200 square ft.
