Staring at a "mini-election" following disqualification of its 20 MLAs, Delhi government on Wednesday completed three years in power with Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal saying that the road was murky for him even as he promised better civic amenities.

Addressing a gathering on the third-anniversary celebrations, Kejriwal said the government would build better roads and drains in all areas, including unauthorised colonies. He also said construction of 900 'mohalla clinics' is on priority.

He also said the government would start providing free Wi-Fi Internet service, a key poll promise, soon. "We will soon inform the date of (implementing) free Wi- Fi. But Delhi government is going to implement free Wi-Fi this year and for this, a provision of separate fund will be made in the Budget," he said.

He said the government will make "massive investment" to improve the condition of roads and develop drainage system and for this, separate fund would be earmarked in the upcoming budget. "Education, health and sewer will continue to be our top priority," he added.

Referring to the cases faced by his ministers, he said his government was a "victim of dirty politics". "A CBI raid was made on me and my colleagues... nothing was found. I have to say - keep us in jail. Don't trouble Delhi'ites. Clear the files," he said.

Kejriwal and other ministers also reached out to the public through various programmes in the city at a time the capital is slated to witness bypolls to 20 seats where the sitting AAP MLAs were disqualified for holding offices of profit. The MLAs have challenged it in Delhi High Court.
