Chinese smartphone maker company Xiaomi is likely to unveil Redmi Note 5 handset at an event today and the reports revealed that handset will be a budget handset. Few days back, the specifications of handset were leaked online that revealed that the cellphone may come up with 18:9 display and dual-cameras.

The information regarding the event has been shared on Xiaomi’s official website Mi.com. It revealed that smartphone launch event will be telecasted at 12 pm IST. Moreover, the launch event will also be telecasted on YouTube.
Redmi Note 5 phone will boast Snapdragon 625 or the Snapdragon 636 chipset. It is likely to unveil in two storage variants.
Talking about the camera details, the handset may involve dual-camera on the rear and also an enhanced front-camera. The cellphone involves fingerprint sensor at the rear side.
