Iranian President Hassan Rouhani will be on a three-day visit to India from Thursday.

He will arrive Hyderabad in the evening.

On Friday he will visit Makkah Masjid and interact with Iranian community. The visiting dignitary will reach Delhi on the same day.

He will be accorded a ceremonial reception on Saturday and will hold talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The two side will review the progress achieved in bilateral relations and exchange views on regional and international issues of mutual interest.

After the talks, both the side will exchange agreements in various field.

Dr Rouhani will also meet President Ram Nath Kovind and Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu during his stay in Delhi. Mr Modi had paid a visit to Iran in May 2016.
