Hairstyles That’ll Look Gorgeous With Your Easter Hat

Because what’s under the hood is just as important.

More
Kaitlyn Yarborough

In the South, Easter Sunday is a day when craning your neck to see the altar is more necessary than ever. Because the pews are packed with ladies topped with pretty pastel cloches, wide-brims, lampshades, pillboxes, and fascinators. Adorned with everything from floating feathers to blooming flowers, these Easter church hats make it known that Lent is over, Christ has risen, and the Easter Bunny has made his rounds. These attention-grabbing hats make it quite important to ensure your hairstyle is equally put-together and fitting for the occasion. You can choose a low hairstyle, such as a classic chignon or ribbon-cinched ponytail; or you can let your locks flow long with romantic half-ups and brushed-out curls. (Worry not, short-haired gals, we made sure many of these hat hairstyles work for you too!) We’ve pulled them all: the side braid to your pale yellow cloche, the French twist to your ivory fascinator, and the loose curls to your peachy wide-brim.
