Lupita Nyong'o has managed to turn things up a notch at the Black Panther press tour thanks to... push-ups. 

It all started with an undisclosed bet that Michael B. Jordan (luckily) lost to his co-stars. His punishment? On-call push-ups. Whenever and wherever Nyong'o demands, the Erik Killmonger has to drop down and do push-ups. That's right—Jordan ultimately loses, but we're all winners here.  

And of course, it's been happening in the most inconvenient place for Jordan, like on stage during a panel discussion about Black Panther that just so happened to be streaming live on Twitter.

While in New York for fashion week, Nyong'o made him drop down and give us a single push-up in the leftover popcorn that littered the floor of the Calvin Klein show. She shared the video to Instagram on Tuesday, and it's a great Valentine's Day treat for us all. 

"She's brutal," Jordan exclaimed before he hit the floor. "Never bet with her ever," he said to the the camera. 

Noted, but uh, just know we're not doing anything but thanking her for this one.
