Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro With 20MP Front Camera Launched Starting At 13,999 INR

Xiaomi has also introduced Redmi Note 5 Pro, along with Redmi Note 5 in its first product launch event of this year in India. This is a camera centric smartphone which has been unveiled in two storage variants and will be exclusively available on Flipkart.

Redmi Note 5 Pro with 4GB RAM will be priced at 13,999 INR and 6GB RAM version will be available for purchase at 16,999 INR. It will also be available in Black, Gold, Rose Gold and Lake Blue color options.

Highlight of this smartphone is its dual rear camera setup which includes a 12 MP primary and 5 MP secondary camera with f/2.0 aperture, f/2.2 aperture, Sony IMX486 sensor and dual LED flash light. It also has a 20 MP front camera which comes with f/2.2 aperture, Sony IMX376 sensor and selfie flash light.

Now comes to the specifications, Redmi Note 5 Pro is fitted with 5.99 inch full view 2.5D curved glass display with FHD+ (2160 × 1080 pixels) resolution. It is equipped with 1.8 GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor along with Adreno 506 GPU.

Redmi Note 5 Pro has 4000mAh battery with 5V / 2A charger, but doesn’t support any fast charging technology. It runs on Android 7.1.2 Nougat with MIUI 9 skin on top and has a fingerprint scanner placed on its rear. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, Micro USB port and 3.5mm audio jack.
