Sluggishness continues in pulses

Indore, February 14

Amid rise in arrival of new crop, weak demand and sluggish trend continued in majority of pulse seeds and pulses with tur (Maharashtra) declining to ₹4,450-75 a quintal, while tur (Madhya Pradesh) ruled at ₹3,950 . Tur dal (sawa no.) fetched ₹5,700-5,800, tur dal (full) ₹6,300-6,400, while tur marka ruled at ₹6,700-6,800 respectively. Moong (bold) went for ₹4,800- 5,000; moong (medium) ruled at ₹4,500. Moong dal (medium) was at ₹6,000- 6,100, while moong dal (bold) ruled at ₹6,200-6,300. Urad (bold) was firm at ₹3,600-3,800, while urad (medium) was at ₹2,500-2,800. Urad dal (medium)declined to ₹4,700-4,800, urad dal (bold) ₹5,100-5,200, while urad mongar ruled at ₹5,700-5,800.
