Chloe Kim, one of Team USA's early breakout stars of the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, will probably never have to pay for a burrito or breakfast sandwich again for the rest of her life.
It all started when Kim captured America's collective heart not just by being an amazing snowboarder but by tweeting — including during competition — about her desire to consume a bunch of junk food, perhaps the most American of pastimes.
Oh and I also had 2 churros today and they were pretty bomb so if you ever get nervous go eat a churro

Could be down for some ice cream rn

Then on Tuesday, after having already dropped a 93.75 on her first run — a score that was good enough to win the gold medal — Kim tweeted out that she was hangry for her unfinished breakfast sandwich.
Wish I finished my breakfast sandwich but my stubborn self decided not to and now I'm getting hangry

Maybe that's the kind of edge we all could use, because she immediately went out and delivered a gobsmacking amazing run of 98.25, including nailing back-to-back 1080s.
And so, now, to the victor goes the churros. When Kim swung by NBC's Today show set in Pyeongchang, they plied her with all the junk food she could hope for.

Kim also received a churro ice cream sandwich from celebrity chef David Chang, perhaps the gold medal standard of churro ice cream sandwich makers.

And one Twitter user spotted Kim with what looked like ice cream after her finish.

Meanwhile, NBC Sports was quick to throw together a small homage to Kim and her pursuit of ice cream, as well.

The rest of the world wanted to give Kim a fine selection of said foods, as well, though brands were mostly quiet online.
Somebody get Chloe Kim some ice cream immediately.

If Chloe Kim doesn't get free breakfast sandwiches and ice cream for life then I'm leaving the country

If ever there was a time to switch an Olympic champion from a box of Wheaties to a breakfast sandwich spokesperson, now's the time.
Your move, Dunkin Donuts.
