Apple iMac Pro With 5K Retina Display Goes on Sale in India at Rs 4,15,000

The latest version of Apple iMac Pro has now reached the Indian market. Launched back in June in Worldwide Developers Conference 2017, the iMac Pro comes as the “most powerful iMac ever” by the company and will retail at an equivalently extravagant price point of Rs 4,15,000. The iMac Pro will be available in one variant across Apple retail stores as well as online.
Apple iMac Pro comes with a 27-inch 5K Retina display with a 5120x2880 resolution and an 8-core CPU. Only the 8-core CPU variant will be available in India for sale, skipping the 10-core and the 18-core processor variants. iMac Pro in India will be powered by a 3.2GHz Intel Xeon W processor with a Turbo Boost of up to 4.2GHz. In addition, it will feature a 32GB RAM (configurable up to 128GB), 1TB internal storage (expandable up to 4TB), Radeon Pro Vega 56 Graphics processor and will run macOS High Sierra out-of the-box.

Connectivity options on the iMac Pro include four USB 3 ports, four Thunderbolt 3 (USB C) ports, an Ethernet port, Bluetooth 4.1, SDXC card slot with support for UHS-II and a 3.5mm audio jack. The 5K display of the iMac Pro supports 1 Billion colours as well as 1080p FaceTime HD.
The iMac Pro will be available in Space Grey colour option. Its dimensions include 20.3-inches height, 25.6-inches width and 9.7kg of weight.
The iMac Pro will be available bundled with Space Grey Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad, lightning to USB cable, power cable and Magic Mouse 2.
