Remember Furbys, the must-have creepy, robotic toy of the 1998 holiday season? Well, they never went away, they were just resting, and now they're ready for their revival.

YouTuber Sam Battle of LOOK MUM NO COMPUTER finally found a use for all of those abandoned Furbys by building his very own Furby organ. Yes, he turned 44 Furbys into a musical instrument.

After years of collecting as many Furbys as he could and doing "a heck of a lot of soldering," Battle managed to hack together what may very well be the most horrifying instrument know, both visually and audibly.

With a flick of the "collective awakening switch," the Furbys come to life, and Battle demonstrates some of the organ's features. Finally, Battle plays a song using the Furby organ. It's truly one of the oddest — yet strangely soothing — instruments ever played. Check it out, it's beautifully weird.
