Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 12: By-election to be conducted on Feb 28 at various Panchayats and Municipalities in Kerala.
The government has ordered not to transfer government employees having election duties until elections are held.If the officer is to be transferred over an unavoidable situation, should seek approval from State Election Commission.
