Ooredoo Qatar launches new version of self-service application

Ooredoo Qatar says it has brought out App 3.0, a new version of its self-service application. It provides quicker access to customer accounts, one-tap bill payment and personalised shortcuts, Nojoom Point services, Ooredoo subscriptions, and an allowances checker. 

Ooredoo App 3.0 also works with Smart Watches to enable customers to keep an eye on their Ooredoo Passport usage. In line with Qatar’s regulatory requirements, Ooredoo will also now clearly display customers Credit Limits as well as Available Account Credit in real-time.

The Ooredoo App, which was first launched in 2013, is available for iOS and Android users and has an average score rating of 4.3 on the iTunes store. Ooredoo's customers who use the app also receive personalised deals based on their profile and usage.
