Also Holding lifts FY net sales by 11.4 percent

Also Holding, a European B2B marketplace for ICT, increased its net sales by 11.4 percent to EUR 8.9 billion in 2017. Group net profit increased by 11.2 percent to EUR 92.5 million compared with 2016. EBT rose by 9 percent year-on-year to EUR 124.2 million. EBITDA increased by 7.7 percent to EUR 157.3 million.

Gustavo Moller-Hergt, CEO of Also Holding, commented that this is an excellent result. The company has exceeded its goals for 2017, while continuing to drive its transformation forward and consistently implementing its strategy. 

The proposed dividend distribution to shareholders for 2018 is CHF 2.75, compared with CHF 2.25 in 2017. The proposal will be submitted to shareholders for approval at the Annual General Meeting on 27 March. The complete 2017 Annual Report will be published on 23 February.

Also Holding offers services at all levels of the ICT value chain from a single source. In the European B2B marketplace, it offers individual service packages, bundling together logistics, supply, financial services, as well as IT and digital services. Also's portfolio contains more than 250,000 articles from some 525 vendors. The group has 4,058 employees throughout Europe. The majority shareholder of Also Holding is the family-owned advisory and investment company Droege Group, based in Dusseldorf, Germany.
