Subject Matter Specialist (Soil Science) : Master's Degree in Agriculture (Soil Science) or equivalent from a recognized university.
Subject Matter Specialist (Veterinary Science) : Master's Degree in Veterinary Science/Animal Science or equivalent from a recognized university.
