South Jordan police have found a teenager who had been reported missing on Sunday night.

She had left home without her required medication and had not been heard from until Monday afternoon.

Someone called police after seeing a young girl huddled under a tree at the Glenmoor Golf Course at 3:30p.m., according to South Jordan police Lt. Matt Pennington.

Police don’t yet know whether she was at the golf course overnight. Pennington said she was cold but otherwise healthy.

The 14-year-old left home about 10:30 p.m., police say, and was believed to have run away.
