TTK cooperates with video-service Start

Russian fixed operator TTK has started cooperation with video-service Start. Subscribers to the operator will be offered a promotion when subscribing to the service. The service will be free during the first month of the use, and will then cost a a discounted RUB 199 rate during the next two months.

Subscribers of TTK's IPTV services will be able to watch content from Start over set-top boxes, while broadband subscribers will be able to watch over browsers.
