THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: BJP State Chief Kummanam Rajasekharan has come out with explanation in the wake of allegations against RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat that he spoke in a manner that humiliated the Indian army.

“RSS is an organisation that has a great pillar of support to the nation at the times of crisis. If one has to know the service done by RSS during the four wars it was part of, he will have to study history.

Jawaharlal Nehru had appointed RSS to regulate the traffic in Delhi during India-China war. The CPM men are deliberately trying to forget this. They know this very well though.

As a reward for this RSS service, RSS men were given permission to take part in the Republic day parade along with the Indian army. Does Pinarayi Vijayan know this?” Kummanam said this on his Facebook page.
