Six Hotel Sites under online bid in Haryana

Chandigarh, Feb 12- Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation has invited online bids for six hotel sites in its different Industrial Estates and Industrial Model Townships (IMTs) in the State.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of the HSIIDC said that the Corporation has developed a number of industrial estates and Industrial Model Townships (IMT) in the State.
He said that the hotel sites for which the online bids have been invited included one site each of 2997 square metres, 4009.5 square metres, and 15,750 square metres respectively in Sector 6, Sector 7 and Sector 5, IMT Manesar, one site of 7051.05 square metres in Sector 38, Industrial Estate, Rai, one site of 8221.5 square metres in Sector 67, IMT Faridabad and one site of 4225 square metres in Sector 48, Industrial Estate, Bahadurgarh.
The spokesman said that any person legally competent to enter into a contract is eligible to participate in the online bids. He said that interested parties would need to sign up and obtain the user ID and password on the portal www.haryanaeprocurement.gov.in as well as remit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)/e-service fee through online payment on or before March 5, 2018, by 5 p.m. In case any applicant intends to deposit EMD through net banking, the same is allowed before or until the start of e-auction. This option is valid for deposit of EMD through net banking only.
He said that it would be the sole responsibility of the bidder or participant to obtain a compatible computer terminal with the internet connection to enable him or her to participate in the e-bidding process. The Corporation may without assigning any reason to withdraw any or all the sites from the e-auction at any stage and is not bound to accept the highest bid or any or all bids even if they are above the reserve price. The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids or cancel or postpone the e-auction without assigning any reason, he added.
The spokesman said that the last date and time for closing of registration or deposit of EMD would be March 5, 2018, by 5 p.m. The e-auction would be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on March 7, 2018. The ten percent of the bid amount could be deposited by 5 p.m. on March 9, 2018, through RTGS or NEFT. In case of failure of the highest bidder to deposit within the stipulated time, the EMD would be forfeited.
