Haryana Police Nabbed Cheap Rates Loan Cheater Gang

Chandigarh, February 11–The Haryana Police today busted a gang engaged in duping people of crores of rupees by cheating them on the pretext of arranging them loans at cheaper rates from other states. Two members of the gang, Ashok alias Bittu of Delhi and Harish alias Sonu of Hansi have been arrested from Bhiwani district.

          Giving this information here today, a spokesman of the Police Department said the police had recovered 46 passbooks, 32 checkbooks, Rs 1.5 lakh cash, three gold rings, chain and a necklace, and dozens of SIM cards from their possession. Acting fast on the complaint of Dharmdev of Bhiwani after being duped, the police arrested the two accused.
During the investigation, the accused revealed that they had a gang to cheat people by offering then loan at the cheaper rate. They have targeted many people by spreading their network across the country. They said they had employed some members at the monthly income of Rs 5,000.
