Full time: Newcastle 1-0 Manchester United
What a win for Rafael Benitez's relegation strugglers. In the space of 90 minutes Newcastle go from the bottom three to 13th in the table as they claim their biggest biggest success of the season, and their first since New Year's Day.
Manchester United meanwhile remain 16 points behind Man City, who are six wins from the title. They return to the Champions League in mid-week, with little more than that to play for.
High tackle from Antonio Valencia on new man Atsu which leaves the Ghanian flattened, but there is no further punishment for the United full-back despite it being pretty dangerous in its execution.
Kenedy off - he's put in a fine shift - and Christian Atsu comes on. Six or so minutes plus stoppage time remaining. Newcastle a real threat on the break.
Jamaal Lascelles heads over from under his own crossbar as United pile on the pressure. Huge 10 minutes coming up in Newcastle's season.
Scott McTominay on for United for the final 14 minutes.
Corner from Mata and somehow Martial doesn't score as his first and second efforts are cleared off the line. Remarkable.
Tells you everything you need to know about this league. One win and you're flying.

Paul Pogba immediately withdrawn and replaced by Juan Mata. Jesse Lingard also off as Michael Carrick comes on.
GOAL! Newcastle United 1-0 Manchester United (Matt Ritchie)
What a moment, potentially in this game and in Newcastle's season. The home side take the lead. A free-kick is not cleared by United and when Gayle flicks it on, Ritchie is all alone by the penalty spot to firm into the corner.
OFF THE LINE! Alexis Sanchez is played in by Romelu Lukaku. He rounds Dubravka and just as he steadies him he allows Florian Lejeune to get back and make a desperate clearance. United turning the screw now.
Manchester United have the ball in the net as Lukaku heade into the corner, but fouls are given first against Chris Smalling and then the Belgian himself for handling Newcastle defenders.
Dwight Gayle goes down in the area again, but this time he is offside as he is played through. Manchester United yet to get a handle on this game, yet.
Half time: Newcastle 0-0 Manchester United
Newcastle may have had the news they were in the bottom three before kick-off but they have reacted very well, pushing Manchester United hard in the opening 45 minutes.
Anthony Martial has had the best chance, with Martin Dubravka making an impressive save. Jonjo Shelvey had the best chance for the hosts but there is plenty of focus on the penalty that was't after that challenge on Dwight Gayle.
Penalty for Newcastle?
Dwight Gayle goes down under a challenge from Chris Smalling and Rafa Benitez wants a penalty, but the referee waves away appeals.
Good second wind from Newcastle as half-time approaches.
Not a bad start from Martin Dubravka, who keeps out Anthony Martial from the best chance of the game. The Newcastle faithful have already taken to him.
David de Gea saves easily from Kenedy's strike from range. Newcastle very competitive in this opening 30 minutes, more so than they were against Manchester City a few months back.
Manchester United controlling the game now after that little burst from Newcastle, as the home side sit off and feed off scraps.
Paul Pogba meanwhile appears to have recovered from his early fitness problem and is a regular presence in United's attacks.
Paul Pogba not moving at all well in the opening 14 minutes or so, having gone down the tunnel after picking up an injury in the warm-up.
The France international has beckoned to Jose Mourinho that he is ok to continue, but it remains to be seen how long he will last.
