It was not immediately clear what had caused the crash, which happened as temperatures fell minus 5 degrees Celsius with periodic snowfalls. Investigators said they had opened a criminal case into the incident and were looking at all possibilities.President Vladimir Putin offered his condolences to those who had lost relatives.. |
