Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) ended the first trading day with extensive rise on Sunday after major fall in last week.
In Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), turnover, an important indicator of the market, stood at Tk 455.45 crore.
The DSEX in the country's main bourse stood at 6,093 points increasing 128 points.
The DSE Shariah Index (DSES) reached at 1,412 points rosed 22 points.
The DS30 index also increasing 30 points to stand 2,255 points.
Of the issues traded today, 293 advanced, 27 declined and 14 remained unchanged.
In Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE), turnover stood at Tk 21.65 crore.
Selective Category Index - CSCX - increased 405 points to stand at around 18,837 points.
Of the issues traded, 226 gained, 13 declined and 7 remained unchanged.
