Bandh affects normal life in Balasore

The dawn-to-dusk shutdown called by traders association to protest alleged spurt in crimes and breakdown of law and order in town affected normal life here today. Shops, business establishments, educational institutions remained closed during the 12-hour bandh called by (TUACC), police said. Roads wore a deserted look as vehicular movement came to a stand still in the town.
