Thoubal, February 09 2018: A ten day Waree Phaibok festival kick-started today at Thoubal Khekman Awang Leikai community hall in which Khekman Gram Panchayat Pradhan L Sanahalbi Devi, Thoubal District Waree Leeba Association president Y Jugindro Singh, Khekman Gram Panchayat ward no 2 Member Wangjam Imuba Singh attended as chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.
