A College student was held in Sylhet on Saturday on suspicion of his involvement in Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination question leak.

The arrestee was Delwar Hossain, 18, a resident of Kalimpur village of Astogram upazila of Kishorganj. He is an intermediate second-year student of Madan Mahan College in Sylhet.

NSI sub-inspector Biplob Deb said, on secrete information, Delwar was held from in front of Amberkhana Girls’ High School at morning and later handed over to Amberkhana police outpost under Airport police station.

An SSC mathematics question, which examination was held on Saturday, was found on his mobile phone, he said.

In-charge of that outpost, Debashis Deb, said a case was filed over the issue.
