If you’re are thinking of taking your loved one to a swanky place for dinner and do something ‘extra’ for Valentine’s Day then your search ends right here because we’ve got a piece of news that will definitely blow your minds. As if the molten cheeseburger was not enough, a restaurant in Massachusetts, USA, is offering an over-the-top extra-special Valentine’s Day dinner idea – a burger that is accompanied with a gold and diamond engagement ring hidden in the bun. Naturally, the burger is not your value-for-money and comes at a whopping price tag of $3,000 or approximately Rs. 2 lakh. Pauli’s Northend is the restaurant that has come up with the burger encrusted with the gold and diamond engagement ring which will be available on Valentine’s Day.
Pauli’s Northend shared a post on their Facebook page in which they wrote about the Big Boy Burger that costs only $3,000. They wrote, “This Valentine’s Day you can get a Big Boy Burger for only $3k! It also happens to come with an engagement ring to propose to your loved one later that night. Make this the best V-day yet! (Please order 48 hours in advance).” Their proposal has become the toast of the town as everyone is talking about their offer. The engagement ring that is being offered in the burger will be a 7/8 carat Neil Lane engagement ring from Kay Jewelers. In a press release, the restaurant said, “Nothing says ‘I love you’ quite like Boston’s best burger topped with a princess cut ring framed by round diamonds on a band of 14k, gold. For $3,000, savour the flavour of Pauli’s Big Boy Burger and simmer in sweet bliss, if they say yes!” People on social media are amused by the offer and say that the price of the burger is a little steep for them. However, looks like the occasion of finding rings in champagne glass has come to an end and burgers have taken its place.
