New Delhi, Feb 10: A massive fire broke out at a garment manufacturing unit in Karol Bagh area of the national capital on Saturday morning. One person died in the blaze. Five tenders have been deployed at the spot to douse the flames. The cause of fire has not been ascertained as of yet. Rescue operation is underway. More details are awaited.
Earlier in April 2017, two men were killed and as many injured in a fire that broke out in a paint factory at Naiwala area of Central Delhi’s Karol Bagh. Two injured persons, who suffered 40 per cent burns, were admitted to RML hospital. A short-circuit was said to be the cause of fire.
