BJP suggests Andhra leaders focus on development, dismisses charges

The BJP on Saturday described as "propaganda" the charges made by MPs from TDP, and in Parliament and urged these leaders to focus on development rather than politicising the issue.

Addressing reporters here with BJP K. Hari Babu,

He said that in a meeting held on Friday, the major issues related to the demands of the political parties have been sorted out.

Arun Jaitley, in his reply to the budget discussion said on Friday that BJP has always been for justice to ever since its bifurcation and the is gradually fulfilling commitments made to at the time of bifurcation while new demands are being looked into.

He said that many works related to the state's development were "at a very advanced stage" and that various central ministries have been asked to look into and take "early decisions" related to various demands of the state.
