Catalyst Properties, a residential and real estate management company, will be sponsoring the Bengaluru Winter Derby. By sponsoring this event, which is slated for February 11, Catalyst is looking to deepen its penetration in the Bengaluru market.
"We already have real estate inventory worth Rs 1,000 crore and by the end of the year, aim to have an inventory of Rs 3,000 crore," said Anjan Rangaraj, MD, Cedilla Group, which owns Catalyst Properties. He, however, did not disclose the sponsorship amount. Catalyst Properties has got the exclusive marketing rights for some of the top Tier-I and II builders in Bengaluru.
