The Samruddha Odisha held its executive meeting here on Thursday under the chairmanship of the party’s founder Dr Jatish Chandra Mohanty.
At the meeting, former judge Umacharan Mishra and Dr Jatish Chandra Mohanty were unanimously nominated for posts of president and advisor of the organisation, respectively.
Newly-elected president Mishra said that in the coming days, the organisation would hold various programme on problems of farmers, women and SCs and STs. Mass awareness roadmaps on various issues were also unveiled on the occasion.
Samruddha Odisha vice-president Wing Commander Gorachand Barik also spoke at the meeting.
