The cabinet meeting held under the Chairmanship of the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, has taken a decision to implement E-Office system in the state’s mantaralya.
The cabinet by approving the secretariat’s e-office working system booklet has decided to implement the e-office system with an objective to use advance technology to accelerate speed in the activities of Madhya Pradesh Secretariat.
Exemption from Stamp Duty
The cabinet has approved the notification for giving an exemption in the stamp duty towards the security of loan up to Rs.10 lakh taken by the women-self-help groups formed under the government schemes.
Approval for Continuation of Post
The cabinet has given approval for continuation 18 posts of Madhya Pradesh Commercial Tax Appeal Board from April 01, 2018 to March 31, 2020.
Reimbursement of expenses incurred to lay transmission line
The cabinet has decided to reimburse the expenses incurred by the Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company towards laying transmission line for the Plastic and Coated Film Manufacturing Project set up by the M/s Vacmet India Ltd. in the Industrial Area, Ujjaini-District Dhar, in the form of subsidy to the M.P. Power transmission company.
Rs. 268 crore for ‘ATMA”
The cabinet by deciding the financial structure of total Rs. 268 crore including union government share of Rs. 156 crore 30 lakh and state’s share of Rs. 111 crore 70 lakh has decided to continue it from the year 2017-18 to 2019-20 under the ‘ATMA’(Submission on Agriculture Extension of the Union Government Assisted National Mission on Agriculture Extension and Technology).
Rs. 90 crore towards Interest subsidy Scheme for Fertliser Storage
The cabinet has taken a decision to fix financial structure of total Rs. 90 crore from the year 2017-18 to 2019-20 under the state sponsored scheme ‘Interest Subsidy Scheme for Fertliser Storage’ .
Rs. 845 crore for Free Cycle Scheme
Moreover, the cabinet has given approval in principle of total Rs. 845 crore 88 lakh for continuation of free cycle scheme from 2017-18 to 2019-20.
Approval for Public Health Engineering Schemes
The cabinet has given its approval for continuation of the programme for implementation of group water supply schemes under the external financed sponsored project of Madhya Pradesh Water Corporation Ltd. under the P.H.E. till the period of current Central Finance Commission March 31, 2020.
Moreover, the cabinet has given an approval for continuation of the programme of urban water supply scheme under the P.H.E. department by fixing the financial structure of total Rs. 25 crore 80 lakh from 2017-18 to 2019-20 till the period of Central Finance Commission March 31, 2020.
The cabinet has given an approval for Narmada river based surface water resources, Damhedi-1 group water supply scheme costing Rs. 109 crore 22 lakh of 74 villages of block Pushparajgarh district Anuppur, proposed by the Madhya Pradesh Water Corporation Ltd. This will facilitate potable water to 77 thousand population of Pushparajgarh through ghar-ghar nal connection.
Training under Ambedkar Yojana
The cabinet has approved employment oriented training for the students of scheduled caste category along with free lodging and meal facilities under the Ambedkar Yojana in Women I.T.I. Sehore and I.T.I. Morena.
This will provide employment/self-employment opportunities to these youths. Monthly scholarship of Rs. One thousand is also provided to each student in these I.T.Is.
Reimbursement of Onion Purchase
The cabinet has approved an amount of Rs. 81 crore 52 lakh for reimbursement against the purchase of total 10,40,261.87 quintal onion from June 4 to 30, 2016 by the Marketing Federation from various districts of the state in the year 2016.
16 hectare Land for Residential Project
Moreover, the cabinet has given approval for allotment of 16 hectare government land at village Kansaiyya of Tahsil Huzur –Bhopal for residential project to be established by the M.P. State Employees Housing Corporation for the officers/employees working in the secretariat.
