The teachers of this school organised the wedding of Vandana, who is the daughter of Munnalal Vishwakarma, a poor labourer.

Vandana's father a is the lone bread winner in the family of nine and was unable to arrange funds for his daughters' wedding.

Meanwhile, teachers of the understood Vishwakarma's grief and took responsibility for incurring all the expenses.

Kailash Arya, one of the Teachers of in the school said, "We had been saving money from our salaries to support the wedding ceremony of the girl. We will continue to take up similar initiatives in future."

The wedding was organised at the school premises.

400 people were invited for this unique wedding ceremony.
