Cardiac patients can once again avail services of cardiology specialist at Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) for consultation and treatment, a BSP press release informed on Thursday.
The facility was restarted by Dr KN Thakur, Director I/c (M&HS), Bhilai Steel Plant on February 7, 2018.
As per a new contract, two leading hospitals of Raipur - Ramakrishna Care and NHMMI Narayana, will provide the services of Cardiologist Specialiston Tuesdays and Saturdays every week.
As per the arrangement, on a designated day, 25-25 general patients, 2-2 patients from the Mines area and 1-1 IPD patients will be able to consult with the cardiac specialists.
Patients referred by the Medicine Department can make token booking for appointment with cardiologist specialist from the OPD counter based on availability.
The software for the administering the Token Booking System has been developed by the C S &A Department of the Medical Department.
