Achievers’ take
Anand Awasthi
Hard work and regular practice are keys to success. A student should be self-disciplined and dedicated. Second, you should pay attention to your health so that you do not miss your classes. Try to study as much as you can in the school because the more you study in school, the less hard you have to work at home. Thirdly, improve your language. Good command over language makes it easier for you to understand and write answers in your own language. Fourthly, find a goal for yourself. Time management is important. Solve sample papers. Lastly, believe in yourself.
Shradha Mishra
I am a national badminton player. The best way to remain stress-free is to treat examinations like a game. Play the game to the best of your ability and relax. It is important to make a timetable. I took a break from sports for a month before the examination and focussed only on my studies. I am fortunate that my teachers supported me and the school provided all the facilities. Remember, it is your CGPA that decides your stream. So, if you want to study the subjects of your choice, score a good CGPA.
Manish Khanal
Hard work and consistency are important. One should attend classes regularly. Try not to miss the school. If you attend classes, you can understand the various topics clearly. Practice is crucial, especially in mathematics. Solving sample papers helps to increase writing speed. Always believe in yourself. Never compare yourself with anyone. Take help from your parents and teachers. Remain calm and composed in exam hall. Like a parachute, a student’s mind works best when it is open.
Mahek Manware
I am a swimmer and a swimmer needs to practice a lot. And this is true of studies also. When I was in class X, I had to strike a balance between my studies and my swimming practice. I managed to find time for both. On several occasions, I felt dead tired but I never lost hope. For almost a year, I visited different places to participate in swimming competitions. I studied hard for my board exams. Life is as hard as nails and as easy as pie. It depends on us how we play this game of life.
Ramsha Khan
To score good marks in board exams, one should be exam-oriented. Study only those topics, which will help you in your exams. When I entered class X, my teachers helped me in identifying my capabilities. I used ‘Refreshers’ to solve mathematics and science questions, especially biology. I read NCERT books thoroughly. I never wasted time on social media. If you want to use FB or WhatsApp, please do it for a limited period of time.
Riya Sambyal
For me, self-confidence, time management and dedication are not that important. I believe in inner spark and passion a person has. From the beginning, I set my eyes on scoring 10 CGPA. I will never suggest you to give up using social media because if you get 500 likes on FB, it is a great morale-booster. Do not depend on Refreshers. Prepare your own notes because you are more likely to remember what you have written yourself. For mathematics, practice is important.
