Drugs: Jan. 22 at11:30 p.m. South WInchester Boulevard. Police officers contacted a man in the parking lot of a closed business. Officers found the man with meth and GHB for sale and a meth pipe in his possession. He also had an outstanding warrant.
Theft: Jan. 22 at 5:30 p.m. South Winchester Boulevard. Police officers cited a person who was apprehended by the store’s security for shoplifting items.
Theft: Jan. 22 at 9:50 a.m. East Hamilton Avenue. A man shoplifted $100 worth of items and was found to have a $5,000 outstanding warrant. Police cited the man.
Vehicle burglary: Jan. 22 on Sunnyside Avenue. A briefcase containing a laptop was stolen from a car.
Suspicious person: Jan. 21 at 10:05 a.m. Camden Avenue and Erin Way. Police officers contacted a man in a suspicious vehicle. The man lied about his name to conceal an outstanding parole violation warrant. He was also found with drug paraphernalia in his possession. He was booked into jail.
Vehicle burglary: Jan. 21 at Redding Avenue. An unknown person forced their way into multiple locked vehicles and stole GPS devices and duffle bags.
Theft: Jan. 21 at Dillon Avenue. An unknown person entered an unlocked car and stole a GPS device and a pair of sunglasses.
Mail theft: Between Jan. 19 and 21. Dillon Avenue. An unknown person stole mail from a mailbox.
Vandalism: Jan. 20 at Palo Santo Drive. Someone smashed the windshield of a vehicle.
Public intoxication: Jan. 20 at 7:55 p.m. South Winchester Boulevard. A man causing a disturbance at a movie theater was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. He was booked into jail.
Vehicle burglary: Jan. 19 between 8 and 10 p.m. South Bascom Avenue. An unknown person forced their way into three vehicles and stole various items including a laptop.

Unattended death: Jan. 19 at 11:16 a.m. East Campbell Avenue. Hotel staff found a 52-year-old man deceased in his bed. There were no signs of foul play, and the man seemed to have suffered from various medical conditions.
Arson: Jan.19 at 7:14 a.m. South Bascom Avenue. A person was seen walking away from three dumpsters that were lit on fire. Aerosol hairspray canisters were located inside the dumpsters. Details matched incidents overnight in Los Gatos and surrounding jurisdiction.
