MALAPPURAM: The police is spreading their investigation against P V Anwar MLA in the case relating to him swindling off Rs. 50 lakhs after promising business partnership in crusher unit.
The investigation is based on the complaint filed by an NRI businessman Saleem.
The team of police from Manjeri is to visit Mangaluru to inspect the crusher unit there and ascertain the real situation. They will inspect the registration documents and licence of the quarry and the crusher unit.
They will decide whether to question Anwar after collecting evidences form Mangaluru.
