German operator DNS:NET has released an interim report on its broadband expansion projects, noting it has connected 250,000 households in the German state of Brandenburg to its broadband network over the past three years. In addition, numerous FTTH projects are currently pending in the towns of Nauen and Schildow in Brandenburg.

The company said it also recently upgraded the town of Elstal north of Potsdam with 100 Mbps connections, while 1,000 households in the town of Michendorf south of Potsdam will be connected to DNS:Net’s broadband network in the coming weeks.
