Rostelecom may sell Armenia unit GNC-Alfa

Russian national operator Rostelecom is not ruling out a sale of its Armenia-based subsidiary, the fixed operator GNC-Alfa, working under the Rostelecom Armenia brand, reports Tdaily.ru. CEO Mikhail Oseevsky said there were not clear synergies with the international operations. Rostelecom acquired the company in 2012 and it is the only foreign subsidiary of the national operator.
