National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench vide its order dated October 26, 2017 and November 15, 2017 had initiated liquidation process against Stewarts & Lloyds of India Limited (Scrip Code: 504960) and appointed Insolvency Professional as Liquidator.

Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Stewarts & Lloyds of India Limited. (Scrip Code: 504960) will be suspended w.e.f. Monday, February 19, 2018.
