PadMan Celeb Reviews: Akshay Kumar’s revolutionary ‘PERIOD’ film wins Bollywood’s heart; check out tweets

Akshay Kumar, Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor starrer revolutionary period film, PadMan has finally hit the screens today. Based on the real-life story of Arunachalam Muruganantham, who invented low-cost sanitary pads for the women of rural India, people have been praising Akshay Kumar and producer Twinkle Khanna for highlighting menstruation issue, which is one of the biggest social taboos in Indian society.
