Imphal, February 08 2018: Unknown thieves has stolen goods worth more than Rs 40,000 from the office of the United Progressive Club (UPC) at Wangjing Wangkhei, Thoubal district on midnight of February 7 and 8 .

A statement issued by the club said that the thieves broke the backdoor to enter the club.

An aerobic centre adjacent to the club was also looted last night, the statement said.

Estimated value of the goods stolen from the aerobic centre is not known yet.
