Educational Qualification:
- District Consultant (Public Health):MBBS/Dental/ AYUSH/Nursing Graduate degree/ diploma in Health Management.
- District PPM Coordinator (RNTCP): Post Graduate in Social Science/ Mass Media/ Communication/RuraI Development/Advocacy/Partnerships related field.
- TB Health Visitor (RNTCP): Graduate from any discipline or HS(10+2) / equivalent. With experience of working as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health worker/Certificate or higher course in HealthEducation/Counselling orTuberculosis Health Visitor's recognized course.
- Counselor (ICTC) (Programme Head - NACP): Post Graduate degree/Diploma from any recognized university in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development/Nursing OR Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/Nursing) Certificate Course in Computer (Minimum six months).
- Lab. Technician, ICTC (Programme Head NACP): Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technician (B.Sc.).
- GNM (NUHM): GNM from an Institute recognised by the West Bengal Nursing Council.
Age Limit
- District Consultant (Public Health), District PPM Coordinator, TB Health Visitor – 40 Years
- Counselor, Lab.Technician – Minimum 20 Years- Maximum 60 Years
- GNM (NUHM) – 40 Years to 60 Years
Experience
- District Consultant (Public Health) – 2 years relevant work experience.
- District PPM Coordinator (RNTCP)–One-year experience of working in field ofCommunication/ACSM/Public PrivatePartnership/HealthProjects/Programs.
- TB Health Visitor (RNTCP) –Training course for MPW or recognised SanitaryInspector’s Course
- Counselor (ICTC) (Programme Head - NACP) – 1-year experience after PG degree/Diploma of working in the field of Counselling in health sector preferably in HIV/AIDS. 3 years’ experience after graduation in the field of Counselling in health sector preferably in HIV/AIDS.
