Three arrested with huge KG haul 
Police have arrested three persons in Silawathura, Mannar with 154kg of Kerala cannabis, believed to be smuggled in from India.
The estimated value was around Rs. 20 million.
Police said that the suspects were planning to transport them to Colombo when they were apprehended.
