The floppy-haired teen was regularly a victim of one of Melissa Joan Hart’s character’s spells when the programme aired between 1996 and 2003.
Harvey also grew very close to her talking cat Salem, who referred to him as his “best friend”.
However, fast forward 15 years and Nate, now 39, looks very different after leaving the acting world behind.

He is seen strumming a guitar on his Instagram page, but he also makes reference to his alter ego.
His bio on his page, which his almost 8,000 followers, reads: “Official Instagram for the guy from that show who looks so old now.”
A number of people have commented on his appearance online with one simply posting: "My pre-teenage dreams are now crushed.”
A another posted stated: “How did Harvey from Sabrina The Teenage Witch go from hot boy next door to looking like an extra in The Bill? I am shook.”
Meanwhile, Sabrina The Teenage Witch is set to return to Netflix, but not everything is as it seems.
Writers have confirmed the script will be much darker than the original.
According to Variety, it is described as being “tonally in the vein of horror classics like Rosemary’s Baby and The Exorcist”.
They added: “(It) will see Sabrina wrestling to reconcile her dual nature as a half-witch, half-mortal, while standing against the evil forces that threaten her, her family, and the daylight world humans inhabit.”
The reboot will feature Mad Men’s Kiernan Shipka, 18, as Sabrina.
Meanwhile, actress Melissa told Fox News that she remains “indifferent” to the upcoming offering.
She revealed: “Ours was a family comedy and theirs is going to be a darker, millennial soap opera. It’s definitely a different show.”
