'She's had enough' Chloe Ayling's lawyer PROVES why staged kidnap claims are FALSE

BRIT model Chloe Ayling is “saddened” by people who do not believe she was kidnapped in Italy, her lawyer has revealed.

Chloe, 20, claims she was lured to a bogus photoshoot on false premises by Lucasz Herba, who allegedly drugged and bundled her into his car.

The glamour model was “brutally transported inside a suitcase” and held for ransom at a hideout in Milan, according to Italian authorities.

Mr Herba, who released Chloe after five days, claims she willingly took part in her abduction.

The harrowing details of her ordeal last summer were laid bare at the trial of alleged kidnapper Herba, 30, in Italy on Wednesday.

Her lawyer Francesco Pesce said she has suffered “psychological terrorism”, has received death threats and is distraught about claims she is being dishonest.

SADDENED: Francesco Pesce has been left upset by people who don't believe her story

Explosive footage of her apparently holding hands with Herba with while strolling through Turin emerged in court on Wednesday.

The bombshell CCTV – captured a day before her release – has led to speculation she helped orchestrate her kidnapping.

Commenting on the video of her seemingly walking hand-in-hand with Herba, Mr Pesce rubbished speculation of a conspiracy.

“There is nothing to defend.”

Lawyer Francesco Pesce

He said: "There is nothing to defend.

"She doesn't appear to be happy or smiley – she acts like a hostage.

"She was being terrorised by this man, who kidnapped her and took her to a place in the middle of nowhere. It was psychological terrorism."

Mr Pesce said Chloe did not wish to appear in court to testify as seeing Herba’s face would be too traumatising for her.

"She's had enough," he said.

Chloe, who posted a raunchy selfie on Instagram last night, is “putting herself back together” and has returned to modelling, he said.

She said: “She is saddened by the fact that many people don't believe her story.

“But she is strong and she will carry on.”

Referring to the video of Chloe and Herba, Mr Pesce said she “played the friendship card” to “stay on his good side”.

“She thought this was her only hope... and it worked,” he added.

Hebra was allegedly planning to sell Chloe as a sex slave online and had demanded 50,000 bitcoins for her safe release, the court heard.

But he seemed to have a “change of heart” when he found out Chloe was a mum-of-one, Mr Pesce said.

Herba, from Poland, could be locked up for 25 years if convicted of her abduction.

The trial has been adjourned and will continue.
