The Reader Center is one way we in the newsroom are trying to connect with you, by highlighting your perspectives and experiences and offering insight into how we work.

A note from our new Corner Office columnist, David Gelles.

How do C.E.O.s deal with adversity? What’s the role of business in society today? Where do leaders look when they don’t know what to do?

I’ll be putting these questions and more to the world’s top chief executive officers and organizational leaders as I relaunch Corner Office, a Q. and A. column, and I want to hear from you.

To make Corner Office as relevant and useful as possible, I’ll be incorporating your questions into all my interviews. Want tips on productivity? Advice on hiring? Reflections on big wins and big mistakes? Let me know.

In the weeks ahead, I’ll be interviewing three leaders who are ready to hear from you.

■ Ken Frazier, the C.E.O. of Merck, runs one of the nation’s largest pharmaceutical companies.

■ Katrina Lake, the C.E.O. of Stitch Fix, recently took her start-up public and is an advocate for women in Silicon Valley.

■ And Marc Benioff, the C.E.O. of Salesforce, oversees a cloud computing giant and has become a leading voice in social activism.

What do you want to learn from Ken, Katrina and Marc? Share your questions below, and stay tuned. Corner Office returns next month.
