A preliminary plat for a two-lot commercial subdivision on the former Northland Mall property includes a 3.88-acre lot located west of the Marthaler Chevrolet dealership where Hardees once operated and a 10.67-acre lot to the east of the dealership. The locations were inaccurate in Wednesday’s print edition.
