After another very warm day Wednesday, we have another mild night.

High clouds are rolling in now, but areas of fog are still likely to form in the valleys by morning.

Thursday will be a cloudy day but still mild, with temperatures in the 50s.

A few sprinkles may fall Thursday night and Friday morning, but measurable rain is likely to remain over and west of the Coast Range, or in the Cascade foothills.

The clouds break up Friday, and Saturday will be mostly sunny. It will also be cooler. East winds develop and help low temperatures drop into the low 30s, bringing a return of freezing temperatures to the western valleys for the first time in over a month.

Rain and mountain snow return Sunday night and Monday.

Enjoy the weather.
